Delivery of goods
1. Delivery of goods is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, this Agreement, as well as the provisions of the section "Delivery and payment" on the Seller's Website, which specifies the Methods of delivery of Goods.

2. Delivery of the Goods to the Customer is carried out within the time limits verbally agreed by the Parties when confirming the order by the operator. The Seller undertakes to make every effort to comply with the terms of delivery of the Goods indicated on the Website, however, delays in delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the Seller.

3. The cost of delivery of each Order is calculated individually, based on its weight and volume, region and method of delivery, form of payment. If the Customer is offered free shipping in accordance with the provision of the "Delivery and payment" section, this means that a discount on the product is provided in the amount of the delivery cost. In case of cancellation of the Order submitted to the Delivery Service or the Customer's refusal to receive the Order, the cost of the paid Order is returned by the Seller to the Customer minus the actual costs incurred by the Seller to receive payment for the goods, to deliver the Order to the customer and/or pick-up point, as well as the return of the Order to the Seller's warehouse.

4. In order to avoid cases of fraud, as well as to fulfill the obligations assumed for the delivery of the Order, upon delivery of the prepaid Order, the person delivering the Order or the employee of the Pick-up point has the right to request a document certifying the identity of the Customer, as well as to indicate the type and number of the document provided by the Recipient on the receipt for the Order. The Seller guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Recipient's personal information (section 13 of this Agreement).

5. The right of ownership of the Goods passes to the Customer at the time of receipt of the Goods by the Customer.

6. Receiving an order by Mail.
6.1. Upon receipt of the Order by mail, it is necessary to check the parcel for completeness and absence of external defects of the goods. If there are complaints about the completeness and violation of the integrity of the appearance of the goods, you need to draw up an act describing the defects and shortcomings found and approve this act by a representative of the post office. In the absence of an act, claims on the completeness and condition of the goods are not accepted by the Seller.

6.2. Failure to receive the Order is considered the Client's refusal to fulfill the terms of this Agreement. If the non-received Order was prepaid/paid in full by the Client, the funds are returned to the Client in accordance with the procedure provided for in Section 11 of this Agreement. The funds are returned minus the actual costs incurred by the Seller to receive payment for the goods, to deliver the Order to the customer and/or pick-up point, as well as to return the Order to the Seller's warehouse.

7. Receiving the order at the Postamate pick-up point.
7.1. Upon receipt of the Order in the Postamate, it is necessary to check the package for completeness and absence of external defects of the goods. In case of detection of defects in the goods, incompleteness and damage to the packaging, it is necessary to take a photo of the identified defects, draw up an act with a description of the defects, and send the materials to the Seller. In the absence of an act, claims on the completeness and condition of the goods are not accepted by the Seller.

7.2. Failure by the Client to receive the Order within more than 3 calendar days from the moment of notification of the Client of its readiness for delivery is considered the Client's refusal to fulfill the terms of this Agreement. If the non-received Order was prepaid/paid in full by the Client, the funds will be returned to the Client in accordance with the procedure provided for in Section 11 of this Agreement. The funds are returned minus the actual costs incurred by the Seller to receive payment for the goods, to deliver the Order to the customer and/or pick-up point, as well as to return the Order to the Seller's warehouse.

8. Delivery of the goods
8.1. Delivery of goods on the territory of the Russian Federation and to other countries

The order formation period is 1-2 business days after payment. After the parcel is transferred to the transport company, a tracking number for tracking the parcel is sent to the email address that was specified in the order. When filling in the "email" column, the Client needs to check the correctness of the input.

8.2. Delivery by courier in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road

Delivery is carried out by courier to the door at the address specified when ordering during the working days of the store from 12:00 to 21:00 local time. When filling out the address, the Client shows due care, does not make mistakes and indicates all possible details of the address.
The order is processed within 60 minutes. Prior to shipping, store managers contact the Customer to confirm the order. If the order is received after 16:00, the order will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends will be delivered on the next business day.
